The one thing about Colorado's 100% vote by mail is--they have to be


RECEIVED by 5PM (I think, maybe 7PM) Election Day.

Of course we have 3 gazillion (possible slight exaggeration) drop boxes for people like me who don't trust Mr. DeJoy's USPS. (or, also, would rather walk the .9 mile to the closest one than spend the money for postage, yes we have to put our own postage on our mail-in ballots)

I don't think a "Received by" Election Day is too burdensome provided there are tons of drop boxes and an election office in every county, for the procrastinators.
